Downgrading 


Gold to Silver or Downgrading Streams


Clients can downgrade from Gold to Silver and downgrade additional streams, but we require a minimum of 30 days' notice before your next billing to downgrade from Gold Tier to Silver; otherwise, your account will be processed in full.


Downgrading Platinum to Gold


We require a minimum of 30 days' notice before your next billing to downgrade from Gold Tier to Platinum. Otherwise, your account will be processed in full.


How to request to downgrade?


To downgrade, please send a request through the portal to your Project Manager with Downgrade as Project Title.



Pausing


To help our clients through a "slow month", we allow clients to pause ONE month, with the expectation they will be starting the following month.


Example: If your next billing date is May 29th, we will pause the service and billing on that date, expecting to get started and bill again on June 29th.


Because we are reserving a spot in our capacity, we can only offer to pause for 1 month and only 2 pauses within a 12-month period.  Any more than that, we would need to cancel the account.



How to request to Pause?


To pause, please send a request through the portal to your Project Manager with Pause Request as Project Title.


Required Notice to Pause


After the 3 months trial period, you can request a pause at any time.


  1. Silver and Lite Clients

    • We require a minimum of 7 days' notice before your next billing to pause. Otherwise, your account will be processed in full.
  2. Gold Tier Clients

    • We require a minimum of 30 days' notice before your next billing to pause. Otherwise, your account will be processed in full.
  3. Platinum Tier Clients

    • We require a minimum of 30 days' notice before your next billing to pause. Otherwise, your account will be processed in full.


Canceling


After the initial 3 month commitment, all OTF service packages are month-to-month.  


All cancellation requests must be within the minimum number of days (see below)  before your next billing date, or the account will be fully billed.
