We will have weekly meetings, which will be very important for us to be on the same page and make sure we prioritise and complete your projects on time and in high quality.
This weekly meeting will be divided into 2 parts:
- We will review the active projects in the current sprint.
- Review how many sprint points were covered or still free to use (available only for quick jobs and minor fixes).
- Ask questions of any kind.
- Let us know if you require the assistance of our technical team to support answers and explanations on any high-level projects.
- Review projects in the backlog and how many points each will have.
- Define priorities for the next sprint.
- How many points will be covered for the next sprint.
- We will let you know if we have any questions or if we require further information for the projects in the backlog.
